Bug description:  DB2 bind-param

Description:
------------
/reference/ibm_db2/functions/db2-bind-param.xml

In the new example added, you specify
+print "  {$name} {$second_name} {$weight}\n\n";
but the result is
+  1: Peaches 2: Rickety Ride 3:
(you forgot the number first)

And is it normal that the weight is empty ?
