All the Keywords and Indexes are displayed as question marks in it, i.e.: "prev", "next", "home" and "up" at the top and bottom navigation bars, all the Roman numbers "I", "II", etc., even "Edited by" sign on Table of Contents, structural words like "Chapter", "Example", "Note", etc...
