Hi, levenshtein("abc", "abbc", 2) is valid according to PHP manual, but
in fact it issues a warning and return -1.

Reproduce code:

<?php
var_dump(levenshtein("abc", "abbc", 2));
?>


Expected result:
----------------
int(2)

Actual result:
--------------
