From: janise at hello dot lv Operating system: Windows PHP version: Irrelevant PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem Bug description: Argument for mysql_affected_rows
Description: ------------ On this page: http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.msql-affected-rows.php the argument is explained as the result resource (returned by "mysql_query"). But for me it didn't work; instead it worked if I gave the mySQL link identifier (returned by "mysql_connect"). I see that this bug has been explained already to solutions (now when I try to submit), but the documentation is still wrong.
