Thank you for taking the time to write to us, but this is not a bug. Please double-check the documentation available at http://www.php.net/manual/ and the instructions on how to report a bug at http://bugs.php.net/how-to-report.php The description implies (well enough IMHO) that the parameters are the same as for preg_replace, except that a callback should be used in place of the replacement parameter. Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2005-11-23 23:16:48] mpb dot mail at gmail dot com Description: ------------ On this page: http://us3.php.net/manual/en/function.preg-replace-callback.php The "limit" and "count" parameters are listed, but not documented. I think they should be documented, even though I personally can guess what they do. The documentation should cover: What does "limit" do? What does "count" do? What is the default limit if no limit is specified? How do you specify no limit? Thanks! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=35356&edit=1
