I am cleaning up php.net pages, and as I go, I found http://php.net/ 
README_UPGRADE_51.php which seems to be a perfect fit to get  
integrated to the manual. Isn't it?

Do you think we should have a migration section for every minor  
release? It sounds like a good idea. If done, we would create them  
for 4.4, 5.1, and 5.2. Although it would take a decent amount of  
work, they would be valuable to the community. And to be clear, I'm  
referring to x.Y.z releases (Y).
