Description:
------------
both English and Czech (no more tests) CHM compiled documentations are
invalid, e.g. the "cs" folder in the CHM has only this content:

═════════════════
Chm:php_manual_cs.chm
\cs══════════════════
n Name │ Size │ Date
│Time
.. │< Up
>│04.02.07│10:14
fancy-index html│
2294│04.02.07│10:14
spacer gif│
43│04.02.07│10:14
style css│
1453│04.02.07│10:14

It looks like a general problem with the new compilation scheme.
