Hi, an optional parameter has been added to Phar::canCompress() as of 1.0.0RC2, is there any objection if I simply add the documentation, and don't put in a changelog for the method? 1.0.0RC1 was released today, and RC2 will follow in a few days, so it won't likely confuse users (the manual will not even build before the next release)
