experimental or 1.1.18 version yet.
Right. We don't do any version checking and our xsl works fine with
*old* libxslt...
The only difference is in the performance, running phpweb_xsl on
libxslt-1.1.20 takes just above an hour (on a decent hardware) while
1.1.17 takes 4-6hours (and for you windows guys I'd expect few hours
more as cygwin doesn't really perform really well).
The only real change is that xsltproc is now requirement (as the whole
DSSSL stuff is on its way out).
