What URL did you download from? If you have a different browser to IE, can you try the same URL? Can you also try to save the file outside of "My Documents" (say, simply C:\ or something that isn't "magic" in Windows' eyes). Not that you've done anything wrong, but if we can see what's going on, we can fix it. Regards, Richard Quadling.
