responsibility of documenting this extension. I've spent the last month
playing with phpdoc and generating the docs for Imagick. Philip told me to
apply for a cvs account, and I will be consulting with him before I commit
the first skeleton.
After Imagick, I also hope to add some documentation for lighttpd+fastcgi
and fastcgi in general and help with different parts of the manual as I
learn more phpdoc/docbook.
