How would you recommend cleaning up configure.xml?
"Currently," will not stand the test of time so it looks like you
mean version 0.2 of this extension. And WS is two spaces in a few
places, use &url.pecl.package;, and --with-svn[=DIR] is a standard
convention.
This is good... I'm making a faq (of sorts) for the doc HOWTO.
Maybe add skeletons for those svn_fs* functions
too as a few other functions link (See Also) to them.
What would be the bare minimum for a skeleton? As they stand, "Return
values" and "Parameters" needs to have its boilerplate text removed,
anything else?
The argument list is the minimum but the more info the better.

And be sure to use &warn.undocumented.func; for them.
