Description: ------------ http://doc.php.net is really buggy. If you edit RFC and add changelog comment the mail should be set to mailing list. Instead an error message that mail can not be sent is displayed, BUT changelog comment is actually added to the page WHILE RFC contents is not modified. Other problem include links that are not rendered, then navigation problems.
