Since the Docbook5 changes were introduced, we're still not able to make
tests and generate the Bulgarian (phpdoc-bg) version of the manual.
Running "make test" issues the following output:

Running both test_xsd and test_rng issues some binary data and leads to
segmentation fault.
Is anybody else experiencing the issues above, i.e. are we the only team
who's unable to build the manual since 20th of June?
