Anyone with access to phpdoc module can publish it. But it's
probably
best to contact phpdoc@ mailing list (and maybe Philip Olson) and
let
me them know you want to commit it.
Ok. Should that be done after we import the sources into PECL, or
doesn't matter?
Probably after, so there's something to go against.
The version checker also checks PECL sources so without it the docs
would essentially say "This is in CVS only" although that's not a
huge deal. And scripts/xml_proto.php is available to generate verbose
doc skeletons.
