Hello systems geeks,
Please create the following mailing lists:
doc-bugs@
doc-cvs@
Will do :)
And while you're at it, you may want to tackle the following for the
webmaster/mirrors split:
http://news.php.net/php.mirrors/35816
And perhaps this as well :)

It might also be a good idea to change the list-adress to which
bugreports and CVS commit-messages are sent to doc-cvs and doc-bugs
respecively instead of phpdoc as it is now. It's basically what those
lists were created for in the first place :)
Philip wants to wait for few days to give people a chance to subscribe
to the new lists.

I don't really know the inner workings of mailman(I think?), so I'm not
sure if this is easy to do, but: How about copying the subscriptions for
phpdoc to doc-bugs and doc-cvs automatically? People recieved everything
that (will be) posted there anyway, so they shouldn't complain. We could
even send out an administrator-mail to everyone on the phpdoc list about
it being split including instructions on how to unsubscribe from (any of
the three) lists. That way we actually split the list instead of just
"making" a new one.
