We have two new additional PHP documentation lists.
CVS commits, for both the build system and English documentation,
will end up here:

Also note that the archives do exist online but everyone is
encouraged to subscribe to the above lists and route them to
whichever folders you see fit. This list ([email protected])
remains for discussion, so let's use it often. See also the IRC
channel #php.doc on EFnet. Peer review is crucial to our success so
please subscribe, and lurking is okay too :)
These new lists will be used as of September 10, 2008 so subscribe
now or you may miss out!
