Just for curiosity's sake, what's the process for incorporating notes
into the manual, then requesting that they be removed?
Anyone (i.e. people with phpdoc karma can incorporate user notes in the
manual. After incorporating a note, it should be removed (which everyone
with php.net cvs account can do).
