Fixed this error, in commit 1.6.2.5 in the abovementioned file. There are a number of other errors, namely dangling IDREF linkends, but I believe these are by design as Hannes disabled them in 1.224.2 for manual.xml.ini "for a few hours", which has turned into several days. -- Edward Z.
