We have most of the functionality of pecl/into ready, and I wanted to
merge intl manual into main manual soon. Right now it can be seen here:
http://cvs.php.net/viewvc.cgi/pecl/intl/doc/intl/
The docs however are not along the lines of "new" format described at
doc.php.net wiki - the main reason being when most of it was written
these formats weren't available, so it was modeled after http extension
manual. So would it be OK to merge it as is? Maybe somebody could help
with converting them if it's important?
