There are no public log files. Currently docs.php.net does a complete rebuild (phpweb, html and bightml) every 6 hours for all languages (although only 3 or 4 translations work). The official builds are done on our rsync box "on-demand", but probably will be automatic once a week or so in the near future. -Hannes
