Anyway. The built-in variables have been bothering me for quite some
time, hard to find, crazy hard to navigate and duplicated content.
I've refactored those built-in variables into its own reference, with
each variable as its own refentry.
90% of this is cut&paste, almost no new content.
What do you guys think?
If this looks OK to you all I'd like to do something similar with the
stream context options, classes and exceptions.
