So we're going with "phd:" as namespace, as dicussed on IRC.
The URL is xmlns:phd="http://www.php.net/ns/phd";.

So phpdoc needs to be changed to use the new namespace, as well as the
enterprise branch.

The first new feature in the new namespace - apart from phd:classref and
phd:varentry - is phd:chunk="true" (bug #46411, [1]).
