Is there a way to create a template for commits? [ ] Typo/WS [ ] Minor change [ ] Major change/rewrite [ ] Example added Bug # Comments:: I use Windows's TortoiseCVS and TortoiseSVN. When I commit using these tools I get the option of previous comments. So I can at least edit a previous one, though the possibility of an error here does exist. When I used Cygwin's CVS to commit changes, the editor runs with a template with comments telling me what to do. So, maybe there is a way to create a template for the phpdoc project which must/should be adhered to.
