Hi,
some pages of the documentation howto are "broken", i.e. the parentheses
of HTML tags in code examples are not replaced by entities. For example,
on [1], item 21, there are two large white areas in the browser view,
while the source code view shows the tags. Another "funny" example with
even more problems is [2].
I've build the howto locally with phd 0.4.2, and I've got the right
output (using entities for the parentheses of the tags). Before I get my
bug report marked as "bogus", I'd like to ask what the problem really
is: Is it an old phd version on the doc server? (I noticed some other
differences, e.g. <p> placed on different places.) Was the last update
of the generated howto files too long ago? Or ...?
