Hi folks, This is my first attempt at contributing any documentation so things *may* not be as you want them; I've done my best by reading the literature available on producing docs and the changes appear to build happily with phd. I'll attach a link to the diffs/new files as there are quite a lot. Also, would a contributor be expected to edit things like entities/file-entities.ent or other entities files (eg en/reference/spl/entities.directoryiterator.xml) for new files added—I haven't attached changes to any entity files because of not know what needed to be done.
