When I try to run PhD as in accordance to these instructions:
http://wiki.php.net/doc/phd, I get an error as below. It looks like I need
SQLite pear package for PhD to work. How do I get that? The installation docs
(http://wiki.php.net/doc/phd/install) do not mention anything about that...
