But the problem I spoke about here is with the broken CHM files, which is 
certainly not fixed.

I added a file size check yesterday, which will hopefully end the ability to 
overwrite good CHM files with broken ones (which it ended up doing a couple of 
days ago). At least, it should help.

Cool. Maybe someone else will fix it by then, but in the meantime I'm hopeful 
someone will remove all of these bogus CHM files from the rsync box, so php.net 
mirrors will stop hosting them. Hannes?
