Hi! I've drafted some initial documentation for PECL/mysqlnd_qc.
I didn't want to do the initial release of PECL/mysqlnd_qc without any php.net documentation being ready but only having the MySQL Forge Wiki page [1] and some presentations [2] available.

Andrey did check some technical aspects already. Anthony may be able to have a brief look at it as well.
If you want to see any specific aspect to be documented from the very beginning, please tell me. I'll see what I can write about it. Otherwise, I'd love to get the inital PECL/mysqlnd_qc release out as soon as possible.
A possible place to add it to the PHP Manual may be Function Reference -> Database Extensions -> Vendor Specific Database Extensions -> mysqlnd_qc (after mysqlnd).
