Hi, We have an online editor [1] that you can use to edit PHP's manual as well as editing the translations. If you would rather work with the files on your own computer in your favorite editor, the howto [2] should help you get started. The mailing list for the documentation team is php...@lists.php.net. If you're interested in translating (I assume to Brazilian Portuguese), you might want to talk to the guys at doc-pt...@lists.php.net as well.
