We need Maintaining the documentation.This time,  Change to 
dateformatter-constants.xml should be made , which is to change "String" to 
"integer".  The documentation for the constants in the IntlDateFormatter class 
describes them as strings, but the corresponding parameters in the constructor 
are specified to be int, and the implementation declares them as long. we 
assume they're meant to be int.
