Is http://docs.php.net/manual/zh/ not in Simplified Chinese? (If not, do you know which language it is?) Since the revcheck.php hasn't updated for a long time (no idea why, maybe replaced by http://edit.php.net?), I'm unsure of the actual status of the translation. If you are happy with the current status of the translation we can enable it on all the mirrors I guess... -Hannes
