Hi Philip,
Initially I'm just interested in creating documentation re: php running on 
Windows Azure under /en/install/windows. The other comment was simply that I 
may be interested in some code contributions in the future but for now docs 
only.  Sorry for the confusion

Excellent, PHP can always use more documentation! But I'm unsure what you'd be 
documenting, and where. The SVN account request mentions an extension that will 
be bundled in the future, is that what you're referring to? What extension? And 
when in the future?
