I like the idea of the following structure:
News: rough, text only list
Upgrading: nicely formatted with links. Possibly a tad more detail.
Extension Changelog: like upgrading, for this particular ext alone.
I'm wondering, would the following be possible for the
upgrading/extension changelog. Mind you, this is not fully thought
through, but a concept for further thought for reducing long term work
load. Write the docbook xml in one file per ext or something and then
have PhD compile them into the appropriate locations.
