Most (all?) methods already have XML files in SVN so it's
likely a matter of filling in the many gaps and adding examples,
so thankfully creating new files/markup shouldn't be a hurdle.

The license* allows this as the required "Attribution" sounds
great so I reckon you should proceed with your plan. In fact,
it sounds like a perfect example of creative commons license 
usage done right.
