[PHP-DOC] Creating new documentation

Hey all -

I'm trying to add the BitSet extension (http://pecl.php.net/bitset) to the
docs via edit.php.net, but am getting an empty dialog with the title
"Forbidden" when trying to add the bitset folder.  Can someone assist me
with this?
