Just a quick heads up. News Admin in head is no longer 16 compatible.
If you want to continue to use the what was the head (unstable) version
of news admin in 16, please run the following
cd /path/to/phpgroupware/news_admin
cvs up -r skwashd-16-compat
This _does not_ effect people using the stock 0.9.16 version of news
admin with 0.9.16.
This change means we are another step closer to calling feature freeze
for HEAD in preparation for the 0.9.18 release :)
