The behavior for these flags seems to have changed for XSLT in HEAD:
$GLOBALS['phpgw_info']['flags']['noframework'] - don't pick up css
$GLOBALS['phpgw_info']['flags']['nonavbar'] - works as 'noframework'
used to.
$GLOBALS['phpgw_info']['flags']['noheader'] - don't work
$GLOBALS['phpgw_info']['flags']['nofooter'] - ok
Is this intended ?
