Details:
For example with checkappversions...
at the beginning : no value in the base
set it to Admin => the api version is shown to admin...
then you can swith well to All and back to Admin...
but when you wan to set to No (empty value associated in the setup template)
=> nothing !!
the database keeps the value it has :-(
