Hi,
I'm not sure that the solution is the same ... for example in french Charset
you get 'é' which should be escaped by htmlentities, but not by
htmlspecialchars. Reading the php.net docs, it seems that BIG5 is supported
by htmlentities ... So the problem is perhaps elsewhere ...
