Update of bug #13202 (project phpgroupware):

                  Status: None => Works For Me

Follow-up Comment #3:

I just read through RFC 2445, section 4.2.19 deals with the TZID for events.

<quote>
The parameter MUST be specified on properties with a DATE-TIME value if the
DATE-TIME is not either a UTC or a "floating" time.
</quote>

As all events in the phpgroupware calendar are stored as UTC this is not
needed.

Section 4.3.5 deals with UTC time. Using current stable CVS I checked and
all events comply with the following requirement

<quote>
FORM #2: DATE WITH UTC TIME
The date with UTC time, or absolute time, is identified by a LATIN CAPITAL
LETTER Z suffix character (US-ASCII decimal 90), the UTC designator, appended
to the time value. For example, the following represents January 19, 1998, at
0700 UTC:
     DTSTART:19980119T070000Z
</quote>

Closing the bug report
