Details:
I've been successfully creating header.inc.php and installing all apps and
languages I need to create admin acount. After entering all necessary data I
only get an error message:
Database error: lock(Array, write) failed.
MySQL Error: 1044 (Access denied for user: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' to database
'yyy')
Session halted.
