[Phpgroupware-tracker] [bug #8367] Add project: all fields are cleared if a field is missing or has error

Please I have some problems with a last version of phpgroupware:
If I try to add a new project, it ask me to give an activity. And if I try to
add an activity, it send me this error message:

Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in
/var/www/html/phpgroupware/projects/inc/class.uiprojects.inc.php on line
1472

Please help me I am blocked:
