Follow-up Comment #2, bug #17706 (project phpgroupware):
same behaviour with 'db', 'php' and 'php4'.
When you first log in - the sessionid and kp3 is in place - but they are
missing from the link to applications.
Also: there is a lot of warnings - one for each app (the "about-link" is ok):
