Follow-up Comment #2, bug #17812 (project phpgroupware):
Strange - tried it on a different PC - and it is working.
(PHP Version 5.1.6 on both)
However - the function lang() seems to be called inside the function
phpgw_handle_error before the object $GLOBALS['phpgw']->translation is
created.
