Target Branch: 0.9.16
Purpose:
1. nntp admin & preferences searching does not work correctly. Patch fixes
these to correctly search (full list for admin / user list for prefs) and
uses nextmatch arrows. Removed (now unused) 'next' button.
2. removed 'SECTION:' display from message since it was screwing the HTML and
not adding any value.
3. fixed javascript for selecting/deselecting all
4. fixed ref to check image
