Details:

When accessing a users accounts, which has no rights to preferences or admin,
there is an icon on the right which allows the user to access the email
account settings. This is part of the preferences menu.

Changes can be made on this menu to allow a user to corrupt their email
settings, even though when the changes are made the message appears "Access
not permitted". The changes do take place however.

Regards,

Steve
