In administer -> Global Categories (for notes and todo)
you get the following
!ERROR Warning: DOMDocument::loadXML() [function.DOMDocument-loadXML]: Input
is not proper UTF-8, indicate encoding ! Bytes: 0xA0 0x5B 0x47 0x6C in Entity,
line: 48 in /path/to/phpgroupware/phpgwapi/inc/class.xslttemplates.inc.php at
line 350
afterwards is a large xml-data and xsl-data output.
