Details:
The _FILES uploaded files contains an error code
(http://www.php.net/manual/en/features.file-upload.errors.php).
However, no check is made upon these errors, which results in files which
seem to have been succesfully uploaded with 0 size.
The provided patch would test such errors and avoid some issues.
