It's close.
pk, ix and uc seems to be correct.
fk is not reported.
I'm using:
Mandriva 2008.1
PostgresSQL 8.3.1
PHP Version 5.2.5
The attachment foreign_keys.txt shows how code from phpPgAdmin can be applied
if you want to use it.
